This Website is directed at and only meant to be used by you for the purpose of accessing and using the online and offline service provided by us in relation to our products “MYKK”.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our website. Your use of our service provided online is subject to your acceptance and compliance with the following terms and conditions, as may be modified, altered, or updated from time to time. If you do not accept the following terms and conditions, you are advised not to use our website for any online service provided by us.

This website provides a number of Online based services. Users can purchase “MYKK” products through the use of this website.

The following terms and conditions are legally binding on you (“the User”) and our Company - 

  1. Registration on Website:

A user can create an account, by registering on the Website, to avail of our Services or place an order of a product, or even place orders as a “Guest”. The registration should be made with a valid and unique email ID and password. Valid mobile numbers can also be used for creating an account on our website. ​www.mykkstore.in reserves the right to accept or not accept any User from registering on the Website, in its sole discretion, without providing any reasons thereof. 


  1.  Purchase:

Users can purchase products available on the website by paying through the various online modes of payments available, including payment through CC avenue payment gateway. The pricing of the product is in Indian Rupees (INR). The prices may change at the sole discretion of www.mykkstore.in

3. Payment:

Online Payment: User can make online payments using his/her/ credit/debit card; and we as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time. In the event the bank rejects to honor any payment transaction made by a User towards an order, we will have the right to refuse to ship the order to the User without any liability whatsoever.

4. Product Availability:

Due to the slow connectivity of the Internet, failure in the processing of the order due to any technical default, etc. there may be possibilities that the item selected and put in the cart is not available anymore as the same might have been sold to another customer. Such a situation occurs in cases of shortage of products/ articles of a particular range/ quality/ price discount offered/ or high demand at that point in time.


In such an event, we will notify the Customer (provided he is a registered user on the Website) and suggest an alternate product. In case the User chooses a different product, we shall confirm the new order. If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, the User shall have to pay the differential amount. If the cost of the new selection is less expensive than the previous one, we shall refund the excess amount to the User in the manner specified below in this Terms of Use.


  1.  Shipping Policy:

We usually dispatch the order within one or two working days of receiving the order. You would also receive the tracking details by email. Shipping charges depend on the weight of the product, pin code and opted mode of payment. For further details, visit the checkout page. Customers usually receive the products within 5-10 working days (for domestic orders) & 21 to 30 working days (for international orders), once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer for international locations or remote locations within India. If you have any questions about the expected delivery period for the product you are interested in, please email us at queries@masalakitchenfoods.com. Please note that all the items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations. You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track Your Order section.


  1.  Delivery:

Delivery of products is not attempted on Sundays or gazetted holidays. We urge all our users/ customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper, before receiving or signing for receipt.





  1. Returns and Refund:

Our return and refund policy:

  1. a) In the event, that the order is undelivered by the delivery agent due to no fault of the Customer/User, or the order is lost in transit, the full amount will be refunded to the User’s bank account, in case of online payment. 

(b) In the event of a wrong or damaged product has been delivered, the Customer will have to report the same within 24 hours of delivery and submit certain proof of damage or proof of wrong-delivered item with a proper picture to our email ID i.e. queries@masalakitchenfoods.com. User request for return shall be accepted and the order shall be replaced with the correct product within 10 days of submitting the proof.

All contents included on this website, such as text, graphics, visual design, trademarks, user interfaces, photographs, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is our exclusive property as well as its contents. The compilation of all content on this site is our exclusive property. All software used on this site is our property and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws.

9. Terms and Conditions of the Use of the Website:

By using this website User represent and warrant that:

This Website collects some data of the Users, as a part of the voluntary registration process, which is necessary to provide Users with updated information and support, to monitor the use of this website and to help its development. The collected data includes information such as Name, Phone number, Email Address, and Residential Address, which is strictly stored and protected through encryption techniques, which cannot be decrypted by any unauthorized Third Party. This website does not collect or store Debit/Credit Card details or any other financial details of its Users. Our goal is to protect the privacy of all Users.
