SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic

• MYKK offers free of charge shipping within India. 
• We usually dispatch the order within 1 to 2 working days of receiving the order. 
• You would also receive the tracking details by email or message. Customers usually receive the products within 5 to 10 working days, once they are shipped. 
• This delivery period may be longer in remote locations within India. 
• Delivery of products is not attempted on Sundays or gazetted holidays.

For Cash on Delivery orders:

• Confirmation will be taken from the recipient over the call. 
• Cash on Delivery facility is chargeable as per standard shipping charges per delivery. COD orders will be confirmed only if your pin code is serviceable.
• Demand Draft/Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment.

International

Shipping Charges

The shipping charge is the cost in addition to the product you order. The shipping charges depend on the weightage of the product ordered and location. The shipping charges are added at checkout.

• Shipping is chargeable and rate will vary according to your Postal, Pin or ZIP code. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of your checkout.
• Delivery can take up to 30 days.
• Custom duty (if any) charged by the recipient's country, will be in addition to the shipping charges. It will be borne & paid by the customer directly to the courier company.

In case of non-delivery of goods, please contact queries@masalakitchenfoods.com. 

Note: If your delivery status shows delivered, and you have not received the product, please inform us within 24 hours of such status change by reaching out to our customer support. After 24 hours, courier companies do not accept any POD dispute.

Fraudulent Orders and Repeated Returns: We reserve the right to cancel or hold your order if we are not satisfied with the details provided or suspect a high probability of return based on your search/order history or pin code.
